Job Description

Job Purpose:Prepare full submittal documents for tendering, including budgetary cost estimates items and quote for tenders and technical submission. Also, reviewing drawings, taking off quantity from drawings, generating BoQ based on drawings and project specifications.Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in civil engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in pre- & postconstruction and quantity surveying services, three (3) years of which should be in GCC
  • Understanding of QCS 2014 (Qatar Construction Specifications)
  • Experience in use of cost build up softwares
  • Good in AutoCAD to measure Qty
  • Fluency in English written and spoken
