Estimation Engineer* Point of contact for walk-in customers and answers all sales related calls and email enquiries. * Prepare official quotations and give discounts on quoted price as per the set standard prices. * Prepare general and technical submittal for consultant?s approval as instructed by client or Sales Engineer, in hard copy and soft copy as required. * Preparation of catalogue, country of origin and declaration of conformity to the customers (walk-in and email) * Accuracy in preparation of Quotation, Proforma Invoice and Submittals. * File quotations(per month/per Sales Engineer) * Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients and processing new sales deals. * Processing new sales leads * Monitoring customer accounts * Proforma Invoice preparation and filing * Giving out availability of materials requested by customer and sales team. * Making hard copy of fax documents and distribute fax copies to concerned Sales engineer after signing of Estimation Head, Project Sales Head & General Manager.Skills* Good customer skill * Accuracy and attention to detail * ,Good organizing skills and document maintenance and management Job Location Doha, Qatar Job Role Other
