Job Description

Support SAP DBM (Dealer Business Management) system and manage E2E vehicle service/maintenance process includes Service order processing, Service appointments, Vehicle Reception, Work shop scheduling, Warranty, Recalls, Service contracts processes translate business requirements into functional design specifications for SAP-DBM system setup through configuration and development.

  • Functional expertise in SAP DBM(Dealer Business Management), MRSS, VMS (Vehicle Management System), IS-A WTY (Warranty) with good understanding of integration with core modules like FI, SD, HR and MM.
  • Evaluate, Design, Customize, Configure and Implement new business processes in SAP for Aftersales Service processes, Warranty, MRSS etc. within the Auto Dealer business
  • Provide expert level of skill and knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing and delivery of automotive applications and business process developments in Automotive Aftersales.
  • Advanced knowledge on IS-AUTO (DBM 8.0), SAP MRSS and SAP Warranty Management on process design and system solution
  • Consistent delivery of successful projects and positive customer outcomes with strong customer handling experience
  • Develop test plans and automated scripts to assure expected performance quality levels meet standards in development efforts
  • Conduct End user trainings on existing and new business process
  • Supporting the After Sales department in day to day operation related to Service
  • Experience in integrating SAP IS-Auto with third-party applications
