We are an Engineering Consultancy company based in Qatar and we require the following positions for our new projects:1. Project Manager? Minimum twenty (20) years of Total Experience and ten (10) Experience in Project Management insimilar type of construction projects (particularly Operational Healthcare facility).2. Senior Cost Control Manager? Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying? Professional Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or equivalent professionalmembership which allows direct entry to Professional Membership of RICS.? Minimum twenty (20) years of experience in post contract quantity surveying, cost management,and contract administration in similar type of construction projects.3. Civil Engineer? Minimum ten (10) years of Total Experience and five (5) years of Experience in similar type ofconstruction projects.4. Civil Engineer/Inspector? Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience in similar type of construc??on projects.5. Senior Structural Engineer (Not required for this RFP)? Minimum fifteen (15) years of Total Experience and ten (10) years Experience in similar type ofconstruction projects.6. Structural Engineer/Inspector? Minimum seven (7) years of experience in similar type of construction projects.7. Senior Architect/Senior Interior Designer? Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in similar type of construc??on projects.8. Architect/Interior Designer/Inspector? Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience in similar type of construction projects.9. Senior Mechanical Engineer? Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University preferably with internationallyrecognized Professional or Chartered Engineering credentials.? Minimum fifteen (15) years of Total Experience and five (10) years of Experience in similar type ofconstruction projects.10. Mechanical Engineer/Inspector? Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University.? Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience in similar type of construc??on projects.11. Senior Electrical Engineer? Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University preferably with internationallyrecognized Professional or Chartered Engineering Credentials.? Must have a Grade ?A? license from KAHRAMAA.? Minimum fifteen (15) years of Total Experience and five (10) years of relevant experience in similartype of construction projects.12. Electrical Engineer/Inspector? Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University.? Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience in similar type of construction projects.13. Testing & Commissioning Engineer (Healthcare Systems)? Degree in Electro?Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University preferably withinternationally recognized Professional or Chartered Engineering credentials.Minimum fifteen (15) years of Total Experience and five (10) years of relevant experience in similartype of construction projects.14. Senior Audio Visual (AV) / Information Communication Technology (ICT) / Security Engineer? Degree in Engineering related to Audio Visual, Information Communication Technology andBuilding Security disciplines from an accredited University preferably with internationallyrecognized Professional or Chartered Engineering Credentials.? Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in similar type of construction projects.15. Audio Visual (AV) / Information Communication Technology (ICT) / Security Engineer? Degree in Engineering related to Audio Visual, Information Communication Technology andBuilding Security disciplines from an accredited University.? Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience in similar type of construction projects.? Fully conversant with appropriate Engineering software, AutoCAD etc.16. Senior Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer (Not required for this RFP)? Degree in Engineering from an accredited University preferably with internationally recognizedProfessional or Chartered Engineering Credentials.? Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in developing, implementing, and auditingQuality Management Systems in similar type of construction projects.17. Senior Health Safety Environment Engineer (Healthcare HSE)? Degree in Engineering from an accredited University preferably with internationally recognizedProfessional credentials in Healthcare, Fire & Life Safety, Environmental Management and the like? Minimum fifteen (15) years of Total Experience and five (10) years of relevant experience in similartype of Healthcare construction projects.18. Senior Planning Engineer? Degree in Engineering from an accredited University preferably with internationally recognizedProfessional credentials.? Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling in similar type projects.? Competent in use of programing software such as Primavera Project Management (P6), andPrimavera Contract Management (Expedition).19. Senior Quantity Surveyor? Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying? Professional Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or equivalent professionalmembership which allows direct entry to Professional Membership of RICS.? Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in post contract quantity surveying, cost managementand contract administration in similar type of construction projects.20. Quantity Surveyor? Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying? Minimum seven (7) years of experience in post contract quantity surveying, cost management andcontract administration in similar type of construction projects.21. Senior Planning & Cost Control Engineer? Degree in Engineering from an accredited University with internationally recognized Professionalcredentials.Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent professional membership such as PMIScheduling Professional (PMI?SP) or Master?s Degree in Project Management.? Project Planning & Cost Control Engineer who can develop, implement and maintain cost controlson the project, and provide centralized planning and scheduling data and reports? Capable of identifying risks and preparing risk schedules an risk mitigation plans? Capable of anticipating delays and preparing recovery plans and identifying the critical path, andexpert in acceleration techniques such as fast tracking and crashing? Minimum fifteen (15) years of Total Experience and five (10) years of experience in ProjectPlanning and Scheduling of which 2 years on Healthcare construction projects.
