We are recruiting forEngineering Site Representative for one of our Clients in Doha, Qatar.Industry: Oil and GasTerms & Condition:Start Date: Jul 2022End of Contract: Dec 2024Work Location: Doha / India (Chennai)QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor?s degree from a recognized University
• Experience of lead engineering in ENG CTR or known CPY
• Graduate engineer with a good level of technical understanding of all relevant technical disciplines, with at least 10 years? experience of engineering team management for offshore oil & gas project, knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
• Experience of FEED Engineering technical management
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing) with good communication skills, computer literate,
• Strong leadership skills and good communication skills,
• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,

• Continuously review Contractor?s mobilization and manning plan to ensure sufficient and effective manpower is in place to meet the project requirements.
• Audit Contractor?s resource allocation ensuring resources are effectively allocated and efficiently work for Project.
• Review and monitor engineering activities and report Contractor progress at Chennai office, identify trends/delays and manage recovery plan where required.
• Identify technical issues and bottleneck points, propose solutions and clear way forward, and provide relevant and sufficient information for decision making.
• Ensure the good progress of engineering activities in compliance with project specifications and procedures, time schedule, required level of quality and safety
• Identify and manage technical interdisciplinary interfaces, ensuring proper coordination and interface management system is place by Contractor.
• Identify and manage design scope changes, ensuring all changes are properly realized, captured, and applied into the design deliverables as per agreed/approved schedule.
• Closely works with the Company PDMS Coordinator at Chennai to ensure good progress and fit-for-purposes development Of the FEED layout/3D model and effective clearance of Project punch.
• Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other COMPANY HSE procedures in all activities
• Carry out work in compliance with COMPANY values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed COMPANY priorities and objectives, COMPANY standards and procedures and good industry practices,
• Promote field technical optimization/cost savings, ensuring first that they are compliant with the project schedule and the contracts, liaising with the Head of Engineering
• Ensure that relevant feedback from previous similar projects are considered in the design performance,
• Participate actively in technical decision making, in meetings with potential contractors and vendors,
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with Contractors, and in specific ad hoc meetings as required by management,
• Provide technical answers to technical queries and provide support in deviations requests,
• Participate to HAZID/ HAZOP/ Project Technical reviews sessions with COMPANY, Contractors and vendors teams,
• Carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors in line with discipline expertise.
