Key Responsibilities / Tasks (but not limited to): -The role holder is responsible for reviewing and execution of all works?related to the Metering. The role holder is also responsible for maintaining?records of all stock and installations related to meter installations and?assist in smart water meter and AMI installation1. Assists on the supervision of the implementation of metering work (water) to various type of consumer and developers2. Coordinates with Customer Service Department, other Kahrama Dept and other governmental dept. for the execution of the work as required.3. Monitor the installation and maintenance work of all types of meter installation,upgrade, replacement and as per Kahramaa standard and safety regulation.4. Assists Senior Engineer in all matters related to meter installations, maintenance and management of Kahrama supervisors, Technicians, contractors and?suppliers.5. Determine all the critical spare parts, various type of meter and ensure the?availability in stock to meet the demand.6. Understanding of water metering known standards, relevant international codes,certifications and metrology7. Planning of work execution and other initiatives to enhance the work in all?aspects. Studies and comments on pre-qualification of metering aspects along?with advancing of the state of art technology associated to the metering standardaccordance with international Utility improvements.8. Prepares the scope of work for tendering, review the material submittals, monthly?reports and other technical report as required.9. Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section?on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification.10. Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are?in-line with Kahramaa health and safety regulations.11. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
