Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Job PurposeMulti skilled engineer to carry out Installation, fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, calibration and planned preventative maintenance of the ELV systems, The main purpose of this position is to be able to independently handle and support multi technology ELV equipment of our?various clients, provide best customer experience by effectively managing any kind maintenance request as per the service scope.

  • Take comprehensive ownership and act as a single point of contact for Service & Maintenance activities for customer and internal supporting departments.
  • Design, Installation, testing & commissioning Security Systems like IP CCTV, Access Control , PA, BGM, Fire alarm etc. Maintenance & trouble shooting on field for Security Solution and meet the first-time defined resolution target.
  • Effective and proactive communication with all relevant stake holders- customers, suppliers, internal departments
  • Documentation and record keeping, Provide support for project implementation and billing.
  • Effective customer account management skills, Providing post-sales support to customers.
  • Work closely with sales team for presales support & documentations, Training to customers on system usage
  • Must be a keen learner of new technologies, products and solutions
