Carry out and oversee the planned and reactive or proactive maintenance on the Fire Alarm System (including smoke and heat detection) & ELV systems such as, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, PA, Data Networks, Satellite & TV Networks etc. and associated equipment; ???????????????
Monitors, troubleshoots and/or repairs the Fire / ELV equipment, systems in addition to maintain and update records on a daily basis;
Conducts regular tests on the equipment to determine operating reliability and efficiently;?
Responsible for managing the requisition of tools, spare parts and consumables;?
Provides end users with oral and/or written instructions for Fire / ELV equipment operation and maintenance;?
Participates in emergency on-call service during non-working hours, weekends and public holidays;?
Participates in the Health, Safety & Risk programs including risk assessment of planned and reactive maintenance work activities;
Participates in project work including refurbishment of existing building equipment/systems and/or new installations
Carries out annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and provides technical guidance and cost impact details for the successful execution of AMCs;
