Should have Technical knowledge of all major ELV Systems like Structured Cabling, CCTV, PAVA, SMATV, BMS etc.
Should be able to read the Drawings and carry out the Installation works at site independently with the provided work force.
Supervises & directs the routine activities and tasks assigned including manpower, subcontractors, material planning, and???scheduling and to ensure its proper execution.
Regular monitoring of site progress and assign team for works based on available clearance at site for ELV System works.
Inspects work for completeness.
Prepare Daily report with dependencies at the site and report to Site Engineer / Team Leader.
Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used.
Ability to meet and resolve all site-related issues with fellow employees and clients/vendors/contractors.
Ability to update inventories and other supplies as needed.
Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.
Monitors stock availability in coordination with the storekeeper and ensures uninterrupted supply of materials to the project site as and when required.
Resolve the problem with other trades at the site.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management with respect to the concerned Department.
Valid Qatar Driving License with vehicle (Added advantage)
