Our client is looking?for an experienced Contracts Manager with extensive experience in the Elevator industry.?You will be responsible for?-Drafting, Evaluating, Negotiating and Executing contracts-Establishing and Maintaining relationships by serving as a single point of contact for all contractual matters-Managing record for all contract related correspondence and documentation-Providing contract related issue resolution both internally and externally-Monitoring and completing contract close-out, extension or renewal as? appropriate-Communicating? contract related information to all stakeholdersRequirements-Bachelors degree required-Minimum of 5 years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in Contract negotiation, Administration or Management-Negotiation and Problem solving skills-Strong contract modelling software skillsBenefitsAttractive Salary plus Benefits
