The Electrician is responsible for the efficient and safe maintenance of all electrical-related equipment of the company.

Installing, maintaining, servicing, rebuilding, troubleshooting, repairing, and operating all industrial, commercial, and non-commercial electrical equipment and utilities as it pertains to the continuous smooth operation of FEC Facilities.
Maintaining all facility electrical systems in accordance to all applicable codes, standards, this includes all main switchgear, main breakers, UPS units, generators, transfer switches, motors and control centers.
Reviewing & understanding all electrical drawings & blueprints.
Testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
Advising the Technical Facilities Supervisor/Manager on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
Supporting other staff members in completing their jobs.
Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals.
