Electrical SupervisorJob Location : QatarResponsibilities :?Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance and Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work?Inspect and maintain building systems on a weekly basis?Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance?Monitor inventory of materials and equipment?Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)?Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations?Arranges for and manages appropriate third-party contractor support as needed.?Prepares budgets and secures estimates and cost quotes as needed. a. Competencies?Problem Solving/Analysis: Analytical and critical thinking assists in evaluating problems and making decisions.Requirements:?Proven minimum 5 years? experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.?Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, HVAC etc.)Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.?Understanding of budgeting and performance management.?Excellent planning and leadership abilities.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
