To carry out plant inspections for the assigned discipline in accordance with defined quality standards and procedures; measure and monitor equipment conditions, analyse tends, and identify the needs for Power/electrical maintenance while taking production constraints into account, in order to support the prevention of unexpected equipment failure. to promote uninterrupted operations in line with the maintenance department vision and goals as defined in the maintenance policy. ????????Conduct first level and specific inspection of all plant equipment in all conditions (stopped, running) as per defined schedules; analyze and develop inspection reports for management perusal, recommending and proactively highlighting areas of concerns to facilitate timely maintenance and avoid unscheduled break downs.????????Collaborate with Production and Maintenance to obtain feedback from operations on equipment conditions, equipment availability for maintenance inspection, production constraints and on status of maintenance activities to support uninterrupted operations. ????????Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner????????Prepare timely and accurate inspection reports to meet and department requirements, policies and standards.????????Ensure timely logging of all identified faults as per set standards in order to facilitate availability of historical data for future referencing purposes.????????Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
