Managing end-to-end aspects of the project right from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, drawings, coordination development and construction
Monitoring the installation of Electrical, Fire Alarm, ELV Systems as per plans and specifications
Adhering to QCS 2014 standard & KAHRAMAA regulation 2016, NFPA, QCS2014, NEC, BS, as part of specification references
Preparing & reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans and ensuring materials received are in accordance with quality
Collaborating with the solutions organization to transfer the approved schematic design into a set of detailed construction and manufacturing documentation for disciplines
Reviewing all A/E specifications, drawings, etc. to ensure the meeting of technical & code requirements for material, equipment and field activities
Integrating activities of all of the Junior Engineers, Project Engineers, Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors and other Support Sta? on the project
Interacting with Project Team of Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, Vendors & Field Personnel through every project phase
Controlling project activities with Head of Projects in the development of project scheduling tools and procedures
Coordinating design of Electrical Systems, performing evaluations and ensuring compliance as per requirements & specifications
Facilitating meetings with Contractors & Design Team to review shop drawing preparation / approval, equipment/material lead times and required on-site dates, manpower projections vis-a-vis the project schedule, quality/performance issues on & o? site
