These rotations will build your core competence in aviation, engineering, and business management disciplines. As the traineeship progresses, you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities. The successful candidate will ensure effective support to the Operations & Lean Leader, and other disciplines on a daily basis, to drive the successful maintenance of commercial engines.
