Develop and implement strategies for in-depth analysis, reporting, and growth in online sales, KPIs, customer retention, and brand experience.
Implement the business strategy across all stores to achieve and exceed performance targets, driving consistent sales and profit growth.
Drive merchandising for categories based on historical sales data and analytics.
Ensure that procedures, quality assurance standards, templates, and documentation comply with set guidelines.
Develop a roadmap and plan to ensure the eCommerce portfolio is effectively executed across all businesses and cross-functional teams.
Manage relationships with external web developers and third-party eCommerce software vendors.
Ensure the timely and accurate deployment of new products and content management.
Oversee eCommerce site stability and enforce quality assurance protocols.
Regularly test and report on site improvements, new features, and third-party tools.
Monitor and maintain quality checks to ensure processing and shipping metrics are consistently met.
Develop site personalization strategies using shopping behavior, order history, email, and social media interactions.
Maintain an accurate product catalog for the affiliate marketing program and update on an agreed basis.
Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and alignment with the overall business model.
Conduct business requirement reviews with stakeholders to ensure specifications are correctly interpreted.
