Our client in Qatar is looking to hire�Driver Support Agent
Resolving their day-to-day Issues such as client abuse, cash deficiency / fair irregularity.
Preparing drivers revenue progress reports in a daily basis.
Monitoring/Tracking of vehicles on Mursaal system.
Act as Assisting drivers in resolving their day-to-day Issues such as client abuse, cash deficiency / fair irregularity.
Coordinating with internal and external departments for smooth operations.
Arranging drivers? meetings and counseling sessions with department management.
Support in delivering the required training sessions for drivers.
