Overview of the role:To ensure the customer is dealt with in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner providing best in class customer service by adhering to agreed AVR standards concerning vehicle check out, delivery, collections,exchanges and transfers process What you will do:Vehicle Deliveries: Ensure all vehicles are prepared and delivered on time, maintaining an up-to-date vehicle check log.Ensure each vehicle passes the AVR checklist prior to handover to the client and provide completed and signed paperwork to CSRs.Cleanliness of vehicles to be maintain to AVR Standards (40 Point Check list)Vehicle Collections: Ensure all vehicles are checked and record any damages that do not correspond with vehicle check report.Notify MC/CSRs on receipt of any damaged vehicles for inspection and further action. Non customer transactions: Banking lodgments, collection of payments from clients and delivery of invoices/agreements/forms to clients.Ensure these are delivered, signed and dated with backup copies/receipts provided to finance and concerned team divisions on a timely basis. Document Accuracy: Ensure all paperwork is recorded, dated and completed by client at all times. Petty Cash:Ensure all cash claims are completed, recording all the necessary information and submitted weekly to finance.
