Key Tasks and Duties:a. Preparation of fast track designs including site visits, evaluation of the existing problems, hydraulic calculations, technical and financial comparison of options with recommendation, plans and profiles and BOQ with cost estimation.b. Reviewing of infrastructure design documents prepared by others.c. Supervision of design works prepared by others including draftsman.d. Attending meeting and representing PWA in professional way.e. Coordination of PWAs first time response to large scale flooding or other incidents.f. Ensuring the correct methodologies are applied by operations staff (both office and technical) and outsourced contractors.g. Reviewing follow-ups on work to be advanced to other Drainage Business Units and ensuring completion by units.h. Overseeing technical aspects of services & applications.i. Involved in the roll-out of customer service improvements and initiatives throughout the Customer Services Unit.
