Roles & Responsibilities*Bachelor?s Degree or higher-level qualification in Engineering in a relevant subject.*Education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia*Preferably holder of Accreditation from the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) orsimilar*Holder of Chartered Membership in relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering) would bean advantage*Minimum of 30 years' experience of total working, with minimum of 10 years inWastewater Industry and minimum of 5 years working in Operation andMaintenance organization.*Has undertaken similar task as per above item 1 and able to demonstrate technicalcompetencies and skill as per below item 4 and 5*Knowledge and Experience in Wastewater Industry.*In depth knowledge of Operation & Maintenance, Project Management, ContractManagement or/and Financial Management.*Knowledge of Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Control Procedures.*Experience of working in a multidisciplinary organization preferably in the MiddleEast.*Advice, support and management of DNOMD Vision, Mission, Values and Strategic.*Direction as directed by DNOMD Manager and Asset Affairs? Director.*Interpret, explain and communicate relevance of applicable laws, rules andregulations affecting the DNOMD business.*Ensure that highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity aremaintained during the execution of the responsibilities.*Advise the DNO&M Manager or Asset Affairs? Director by giving expert technical,strategic and financial business advice on all elements relating to the DNO&Mbusiness in Qatar*Ensure Unit compliance with all processes and procedures relating to EnterpriseDrainage Asset Management System (EDAMS), Enterprise Asset ManagementSystem (EAMS) and other DNOMD systems and processes and identity anddiscontinue redundant / duplicate activities.*Advise or/and manage PMC(s) (as directed by DNOMD Manager and Asset Affairs?Director) to ensure all operational system and process risks are controlled, contractbenefits are realized and all Governance and regulatory requirements are complied.*Advise and evaluate corporate policy and programme practices, define problemareas, develop and direct implementation of policy decisions and practices toimprove DNOMD.*Ensure, organize and channel appropriate activities within various Sections toensure alignment and business transformation.*Responsible for operational and maintenance delivery, water treatment, wastewatertreatment functional.Desired Candidate ProfileDrainage Advisor, Drainage Operations Advisor
