PurposeReporting to Applications Team Lead. The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is responsible to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. Design, build and deploy business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.Develop report and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI tools ? Improving the performance of dashboards and reports through following best practices in building the back-end data warehouse and information cubes ? Writing data collection and processing procedures ? Ensuring that data is being correctly gathered, stored, and analyzed ? Reporting data findings to management ? Continually monitor data collection ? Develop methodologies to improve data analysis ? Collaborate with teams to integrate systems ? Develop and update technical documentation Knowledge and Skills Required? Problem solving and root cause analysis skills? Strong english communication skills and ability in building good relations with end users, Chiefs, and management? Organisation, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload? Knowledge of effective IT systems as relevant for this role
