Key Purpose:Door-Frame-Hardware Engineer is overall responsible to interpret / design / review applicable Architectural Plans and Specifications, including business development, work execution and routine inspections.Reporting to:Reports to Managing Director / General Manager.Authority & Accountabilities:Authorized for all approvalsAccountable for overall process /system failures, any accident / incident, and overall safety failure.Accountable for the effectiveness of the IMS implementation.Role & Responsibilities:Extensive knowledge to interpret / designing - architectural plans and specifications.Knowledge in Health & Safety, and QCDD applicable Fire Rating statutory requirements.Supervise design / planning of Door-Frames-Hardware phase management, planning to assign date and time for deliveries, workers, equipment, and supplies to accommodate project schedules.Ability to create Hardware-Sets based on room functions, demonstrate extreme attention to detailProduce Project Specific Submittal packages: Method Statements, Door- Frame-Hardware schedules, Shop drawings, and Manufacturer Data Sheets, for review and approval.Manage to define Commissioning and Testing requirements, coordinate/work with any Client/Consultant, Contractors, or applicable testing agencies.Obtain all applicable close-out documentation; as-built, warranty information, and operation and maintenance manuals.Ensure effective functioning and implementation of QHSE requirements.
