Job Description

To support the Operations Team in daily duties throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, including but not limited as follows:ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintaining a record of controlled documents on distribution
  • Create and maintain Project Document Control digitally and/or physical files
  • Recording of incoming / outgoing correspondence and design documentation
  • Produce requests for design drawings and monitor receipt of drawings
  • Control of drawings: checking in, quality check, transfers and return to client/contractor/PM
  • Production of issue sets of design
  • Creation and management of trackers / registers for design deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree qualified: Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years Document Control/Management experience on major construction projects, with Data Center background an advantage
  • Track record in the delivery of large multi-functional projects
  • Capable of reviewing existing operations within an organization through all the project phases (processes and procedures in both office and on-site)
  • Assisting in compiling a set of processes and procedures of activities related, but not limited to, quality, progress, safety, design and construction
  • In-depth knowledge of project control procedures
  • Comfortable with planning, analysis and managing processes. The successful candidate will also be able to mobilize people and teams and drive for a successful delivery
  • Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients and internally
  • Act as administrator for document control software ? Aconex
  • Other duties as requested from time to time
