I?Some of the role related details are given below for your easy reference?The Director Service Design is primarily responsible for the Service Design resources within ITS. The number of employees in this department is likely to grow over the years. Current Service Design team size is approximately 25 people containing Senior Managers, Managers, Architects, Solution & Business analysts.This is a key management role and the Director Service Design will spend a significant amount of time interfacing with people in the business at all levels, plus working closely with our customers and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complex service design processes that are required to deliver Managed IT Solutions and Services for many diverse customer solutions.
