Job Overview:Reporting other VP, Operations (Qatar) the role will be work closely with business and functional stakeholders to ensure the effective management of business operations for our Qatar office.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations to drive productively, efficiencies and process improvement.
• Work closely with functional and project leads to ensure that Engineering, Supply Chain, QA/QC, Project Controls and HSES policies, resourcing and initiatives are delivered in line with business strategy and project requirements.
• Provide leadership, support, commitment and guidance for HSES, Quality and Compliance requirements
• Ensure Corporate policies and procedures are applied and followed as necessary
• Ensure adequate controls are implemented for managing and accounting for Company assets and materials.
• Manage office facilities and associated operating costs and ensure proactive space and IT planning and preparation for manning and demanning of projects.
• Supporting the business development strategy and working alongside proposal and estimating teams on bids and bid reviews to ensure operational ownership of future work.
• Alongside the Area fabrication lead, participate in establishing plans, budgets and approval of capital expense projects for fabrication facilities and help drive improvements in fabrication planning, progress and productivity reporting
• Participate in and assist establishing plans for short term and long-term development of the Qatar JV fabrication facilities
• Work closely with HR to support people initiatives, embed company culture and drive diversity and inclusion
• Drive the training, development and mentoring of employees, in particular high potentials, top talent, graduates and operationally critical resources
• Take a lead role in Corporate improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as may be requested by the VP Operations (Qatar)

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Middle East experience is highly advantages
