Just a stone?s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.As the Director of Engineering, you?ll direct the engineering/maintenance of the hotel and ensure the safety and comfort of hotel guests and team members ? making sure all activities are delivered safely and with compliance. You will motivate and train your team with the skills to keep the hotel always looking its best.Ideally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for: ? Four years experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent combination of education and experience? Specialized expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields? Level 3 EPA Certification, HVAC and refrigeration certificate, licensed plumber and/or journeyman status for electrician and carpenter may be required? Hotel experience preferred, Pre-Opening is an advantage? Professional certification and license if required by law
