Job Description

Digital Project Delivery LeadJob SpecificationLead the Engineering of a digital delivery structure anddata management tools for NFPS Compression Project, ensuring projectdeliverables are standardized, seamlessly tracked, and archived. Ensure that databases and documents fullycomply with project requirements and are digitally delivered to the higheststandards.Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Lead Compression Project (cooperatively with multiple EPCDigital Execution Managers and DSI) in the establishment and maintenance ofdigitally minded project execution teams.Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatoryrequirements, project specifications and approved variations if any.
  • Support multiple EPC Contractor?s teams in data governance,data quality, data analytics, and project reporting efforts.
  • Support Project Management, Engineering, Procurement,Construction, HSE, Completions, Project Controls, and other functions inexecuting with a lean team, making faster and better decisions, maximizinglabour productivity.
  • Prepare plans and work schedules that ensure effectivecompletion of project activities and provide data (reports, charts, graphs),recommendations and recovery plans to address any schedule delays for monthlyprogress and stewardship reporting.
  • Support contractors and supplier configuration of datamanagement tools to support effective delivery of data through the projectlifecycle.
  • Advise and supply guidance to contractor ensuring theircapability in providing all contract documents, progress and reporting measuresand recommend additional technical support to address gaps.
  • Execute and provide status of project tracking and archivingof deliverables throughout the project lifecycle (recording revisions, revisionpurposes, distribution, and transmittal histories) in accordance with projectrequirements.
  • Plan and schedule discipline Surveillance of deliverables toenable efficient project execution.
  • Maintain the project reference data libraries for eachdata-oriented applications - ensuring maximum alignment to specified datastructures and reference data library.
  • Participate in sharing lessons learned from previous andother EPC projects, together with capturing current lessons learned to supportfuture project and review teams.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering orequivalent.
  • 10 years? experience in IT, Systems Administration, andrelated fields with minimum 4 years in role on major capital projects.
  • Skills in Data management and modelling ? maintains and testsarchitectures to support multiple phases of the project (including DigitalTwins, and Contractor?s Engineering Data Warehouse, Oracle, SQL etc).
  • Systems integration ? integrates disparate systems toextract the most value from the assets.
  • Extract, Transform and Load ? properly prepare data forconsumption.
  • Data Analytics ? ability to consume multiple sources of datato provide the right product, service, or recommendations to end user.
