Job Description

Job Brief:We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of all digital marketing andsales operations. We are a startup, so we require our candidate to be reliable, consistent, andflexible. Our Candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and Strategies and leadthe coordination between departments from planning to delivery on time and on budget. You should be able to develop, improve, and lead the sales activates for our company and our clients.? Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales and Marketing activities in the Company.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, trends, and cost.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Launch and optimized online advertisements through Google Adwords, Social Media Platforms etc. to increase brand awareness for us and for our clients.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools specifically Google Analytics alongside tools like Hubspot or Hootsuite and Mailchimp.
  • Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports, and presenting them to management/Clients.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
