This Management position within Monoprix Division will be responsible to ensure quality, range of freshness of offered goods to attract and satisfy the customers.- It includes as well the responsibility to coordinate and communicate between Merchandisers and Sales Team and other relevant service providers within the assigned areas.- Participate with management team to the stores strategic plan and guarantee its proper execution.SkillsRequirements- A degree in Commerce or Finance- Excellent business communication and presentation skills- Minimum of 6-8 years progressively responsible in Retail Business- Customer service oriented- General Product Knowledge is advantage- Can speak English, French, and Arabic if possible- Experience in a cross-cultural work environment is a plus.
