Join us as aDelivery PrincipalinQatar(and serving other EMEA countries) to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you?ll achieveThe Delivery Principal?s role is to manage the overall transformation outcomes of our largest and most complex engagements on behalf of Dell Technologies (DT) and the client, providing the single point of accountability for the engagement, and leverage the delivery and solution capabilities of the Strategically Aligned Businesses (SAB) within Dell Technologies, while working alongside the DT and SAB stakeholders in delivering transformational value. Our Delivery Principals are accountable to work across all SAB?s inside Dell Technologies, in addition to contributing thought leadership within Program Management, Delivery Governance and Transformational oversight.You will:* Become responsible for providing end-to-end pursuit and delivery oversight of large, complex transformational engagements within Dell Technologies strategic accounts, engaging early in the pursuit phase, and owning the engagement outcomes throughout to their successful completion. * Be aligned to a small set of complex accounts and work on pursuit and delivery with the other key roles in the organization. * Build a highly effective executive relationship with the client, SAB account teams and delivery teams. * Oversee Pursuit and Delivery Quality Assurance and are responsible for review of proposals that address high levels of complexity and risk and address current and evolving client requirements. You actively contribute to the account planning process. * Apply your mastery of program management methodologies to drive standards, methods, tools and functional training to all project teams delivering within your transformation initiative. You will apply your extensive experience and program management skills to provide support, assistance and guidance to project managers as needed. * You are responsible for the development and execution of a program implementation plan that articulates the role of Dell Technologies, the various SAB governance roles as well as vendors and client resources, in the delivery of the designed solution within the account.Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here?s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements* 15+ years of experience managing large, complex technology projects and program implementation, including mastery of Program and Project Delivery methods. * Understanding of Dell Technology transformation solutions and their value added to the customer. * Successful track record in complex IT services delivery program management (multi-customer, multi-site, multi-project, multi-year). * Demonstrated mastery of operating in complex, matrix environment; experience in managing regionally distributed groups. * Multi-Language, at least 1 (preferably 2) of German, French, Italian or Spanish languageDesirable Requirements* Experience in the telco, semiconductor and/or financial services industries * Advanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs such as Digital IT, Security and Workforce in a cloud based environmentHere?s our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
