Our client is now recruiting for a?Database Administrator -MSSQL. This position will be based in Qatar.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:? Managing & Responsible for SQL Server version from 2000 ? 2016 across the platforms.? High Availability features like Clustering and Always ON are used for Mission Critical Database which ensure the availability of Database.? Installation and Configure SQL Database Servers as per CIS policy.? Also monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.? Proactively managing the Database Fragmentation to optimize the Application performance weekly basis.? Troubleshooting and resolving Database Integrity, Blocking and Deadlocking issues.? Use of extended events to capture the DDL events on the DatabaseOther AccountabilitiesEducation:? University Degree (IT)? Professional CertificationsAdditional qualifications:? English ? Fluently Oral & Written? Excellent Computer literacyProfessional experience:? Working knowledge of SQL Server Administration?
