Data Protection Operations:

Define and enforce sensitive data lifecycle management processes.
Perform regular data discovery exercises to ensure all sensitive data is identified and monitored.
Liaise with data owners and administrators to ensure that sensitive data is stored and monitored appropriately.
Assist in the configuration, enhancement, and fine-tuning of the existing data security infrastructure and manage the deployment of security solutions.
Promote user education awareness of data management, applicable regulatory standards, upstream risks and industry best practices across the enterprise.
Proactively monitor changes to data protection legislation, communicating and managing changes as they apply to the business.
Participate in the selection and adoption of automated tools that enforce or monitor the compliance with information security policies, procedures, standards and baselines.
Implement systems and applications conform to defined standard security baselines.
