Job Description

A Data Architect is required for a Global IT Vendor for their office in Doha, Qatar. This a permanent role offering excellent career progression with a major player in the IT industry.The role:

  • Act as the key advisor to the asset teams on all data platform deployments and data
  • migrations to cloud as part of the cloud & data transformation
  • Support the assets in developing data related initiatives including data strategy, data
  • management, data classification, data governance, data protection, etc.
  • Collaborate with asset teams to ensure alignment with the defined data governance model,
  • data residency requirements, and cloud security standards and guidelines
  • Support the assets in developing data architectures that enable efficient data gathering, storage, retrieval, processing, and advanced analytics capabilities across cloud services
  • Document processes related to data architecture design, configuration, and performance
  • Work closely with asset business stakeholders to understand the details of the asset data governance requirements and its impact on the transformation.
