Job Description

Manager Cyber Security Advisory (Arabic Speaking)Location: Doha, QatarRole/Level: Manager Cyber Security AdvisoryQualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience (minimum 5 years in Consulting Organizations/ Big4) in cyber security/technology consulting with a proven track record of success in managing and delivering projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing cyber security strategies and transformation programs across industries.
  • Excellent understanding of cyber security and resilience regulatory requirements and international best practice standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, CBCI, GDPR).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters degree a plus).
  • Certifications: CISM/CISSP (Mandatory) | CISA, ISO27001, ISO22301 (Good to have).
  • Language: Arabic (Mandatory) and English.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and proposing tailored technology and cyber security solutions.
  • Manage the consulting engagement lifecycle, from initial client contact to project completion and post-implementation support.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition of your teams services.
  • Manage the consulting budget and track project profitability.
  • Implement and maintain effective quality assurance processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations, continually seeking ways to improve the consulting practice.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in emerging technologies and cyber security industry best practices.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
