Exciting Opportunity in Qatar! Cyber Safety Consultant Needed! Are you an experienced Cyber Safety/Digital Security Consultant with a passion for digital inclusion and cybersecurity We have a fantastic permanent position waiting for you in Qatar!Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert guidance in developing departmental strategies, setting objectives, and KPIs.
  • Educating individuals and groups on safe internet practices, including protecting personal information, avoiding phishing scams, and recognizing social engineering tactics.
  • Developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and protocols to safeguard data and digital assets.
  • Conducting cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees and the public.
  • Investigating and responding to cybersecurity incidents and breaches.
  • Assessing and evaluating security measures to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with IT teams and other stakeholders to enhance the overall security posture of an organization.
  • Staying updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Creating effective strategies and plans to address social challenges concerning the misuse of technology, ensuring protection from potential internet harms through up-to-date knowledge of cyber and technology threats.
  • Offering consultation and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the departmental mandates and objectives.
  • Providing vital support to relevant ecosystem stakeholders, contributing to elevating the companys rank in local, regional, and global rankings.
Abilities Required:
  • A minimum of 6 years experience in Cybersecurity with at least 2 years in specialized Cyber Safety Consulting, demonstrating rockstar-level expertise.
  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Information Security, Digital Humanities, or a related field.
  • Must have Project Management experience.
  • Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Cyber Safety, or Threats Protection, with a background in Social Service.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with fluency in Arabic preferred but not mandatory.
