Own the customer?s onboarding journey to solutions of choice.
Engage with a growing team to shape the direction of our start-up?s journey.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions tailored to client needs.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate clients on new features and best practices.
