Job Description

Intern?s Job TitleThe Interns will be engaged in?malomatias contact center and guided to perform multiple tasks related to?Customer Service Representative?and will be mentored and prepared to qualify as a professional Customer Service RepresentativeIntern?s Role SummaryAs an Intern?Customer Service Representative, the incumbent?shall be responsible to the following activities :Intern?s Role Description (Mentored / Guided )?

  • Act as first line of support (L1 Support) to help the users online either by replying their inquiries or by escalating their complains to the Second Line of Support (L2 Support) to resolve reported issues
  • Attend and respond the incoming calls as per the guidelines and quality standard
  • Research the required information using the available / assigned resources and provide requested information to the customer as per the quality and service standard
  • Provide customers with product or service information as per the service standard / catalog
  • Record / enter customer information as per the standard operating procedure
  • Process orders, forms and applications as per the standard operating procedure
  • Route / Re-direct calls to appropriate resource as per the standard operating procedure
  • Follow up customer calls if applicable as per the standard procedure and service level agreement
  • Complete call logs as per standard operating procedure
  • Produce call reports as per the standard operating procedure
