You will provide assistance with all day to day client enquiries and provide the appropriate solution through phone calls, emails, social media channels.etc.Roles and Responsibilities?You must be interactive, customer service oriented with warm, cheerful and expressive personality.?Develop strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications through email, phone and social media channels.?Identify common problems and escalate them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.?Manage high volume of customer calls, messages and emails to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.?Maintain and update documents related to customer accounts and business reports.?Resolve customer issues in accurate and timely manner.?Generate sales lead that lead to new customers.?Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between management and customers.?Evaluate and enhance current trade shows, conventions, sales and other marketing events to develop new opportunities and practices.?Assist technical and marketing teams in developing marketing materials and plans.?Coordinate with Swayra team to revise pricing and sales incentive plan to achieve marketing goals.?Assist in developing sales and marketing initiatives.?Work with Swayra team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.?Able to work flexible working hours.Educational QualificationHigh School and AboveAbout SwayraFounded in 2020, Swayra is a luxury jewellery brand based in Doha, that works with local talent, artists, and craftspersons to truly tap into the country?s unexplored wealth of talent.
