Job Description

POSITION CONCEPT:The job role of this position is to carry out all administrative support to all departmental activities in Credit & Collections.RESPONSIBILITIES:A. Perform all administrative duties and assignments in the Credit Department.B. Prepares contracts and documentation of credit deals.C. Function as document controller of all the received credit applications. And administrative duties in preparation of contracts and credit deals.D. Tracking of credit application deals in terms of progress and updates concerned parties. And doing follow up and call salesman with pending credit deals with incomplete requirements of their respective credit deals.E. Prepares relevant report on pending credit deals, inform concerned parties, tracking progress.F. Preparation and issuance of vehicle registration requests for approved credit deals.G. Delivery of cheques to the Accounts Department for every completed credit deal.H. Prepares the biweekly and monthly credit department reports.I. Acts as the Document Controller for the Credit Department. In-charge of Scanning, Sorting and Filing of all Credit Documents and maintaining them in Physical and Virtual Archiving.J. Organize email correspondence, answer emails and other inquiries from other parties.K. Update and maintain Dropbox system, maintain office filing and storage system.L. Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as directed and required by the managers in the Credit Department.
