Job Description

The Creative Director leads the full-time dedicated employees and is responsible for the quality of the creative output of the team. The Creative Director along with the Traffic Management Coordinator will be the focal points for the organizations Communications team.The Creative Director will also serve as the link and liaison between the Agency and the full-time dedicated resources and will liaise with the Agency on any aspects concerning the team.Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the client, the role leads the creative studio and is responsible for the quality of the creative product and output.
  • Playing a senior consultative creative role for projects within the studio by providing both a holistic overview as well as a detailed understanding where relevant.
  • Works alongside the Traffic Management Coordinator to ensure a smooth operation of the creative studio, within the broader context of management of the overall studio.
  • Fostering strong collaborative teams across skillsets
  • Working as part of a team to foster long term client relationships
  • Actively participating and positively impacting the general management of the studio and its activities.
  • Providing support to the studio and focusing on delivering strategic objectives and ensuring consistent delivery of the creative product.
  • Establishment of a clear structure for the day-to-day management of the studio.
  • Creative benchmarking internally and externally via an understanding of the dynamics within the industry as a whole.
  • Overseeing all creative recruitment
