Job Description

Position SummaryThe position will be responsible to develop creative content and concepts and editorial direction for corporate, marketing campaigns and digital communication that engage audiences and spread awareness and information about WCM-Q and other external initiatives.Job Responsibilities

  • Develops creative content and concepts for design and editorial direction and strategy for assigned channels and publications, ensuring audience engagement.
  • Creates, edits, and validates English content for WCM-Q communications, while ensuring deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Explores and develops new content-led projects and productions across different media platforms such as podcasts, digital media, and TV.
  • Researches terminology, language, and subject matter to ascertain the most appropriate content and helps develop the central English terminology database to ensure consistency and quality of messaging.
  • Develops briefs for projects to ensure agreement on objectives and expectations for each project/task assignment.
  • Creates and validates content that is compelling, effective, translatable and works in harmony with visual elements.
  • Creates content that captures the tone, length, and quality required from briefs and resonates with the audience.
  • Leads content projects that enhance the image of WCM-Q and its external initiatives.
  • Develops and documents English content development and editing processes to ensure coordination and efficiency with content contributors, translation and copy-editing staff, and internal end users.
  • Coordinates with multiple stakeholders in planning and executing English content.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
