Our client is looking for an experience Country Manager with extensive experience in the Elevator industry.?- You will be responsible for managing all operations within a country, which includes taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.- Adapting and implementing strategies in accordance with the market trends in the country / region.- Set the annual budgets and create detailed annual business operating plans.- Monitor the business performance and identify the areas of improvement.- Take part in recruiting and managing staff, including performance monitoringRequirements- Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering- 15+ years of strong experience in Elevator Industry- Excellent people-management, leadership and communication skills.- A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.- Valid clean Qatar Driving License.BenefitsAttractive Salary plus Benefits
