Internal Budget changes procedures
Cost Reporting, Earned Value & Revenue
Resource?s Managing along with Deployment plans for (Equipment, Labor & Staff) with respect to allocated budget
Materials & consumables controlling
S/C Agreements, VOs & PC review
Supporting for Client VO initiation & estimation
Site observation report in weekly basis to highlight major concern for management
Cost Engineering, Reporting & Monitoring
Supporting for Client VO initiation & estimation
Resource?s Controlling
Cost Controlling; Productivity, resources scheduling, Materials controlling
Contracts & PC review, Materials Request Processing
Preparing daily, progress & cost reports.
