Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5 to 7 years of working experience - handling building construction industries (High-rise buildings, commercial/Residential Buildings, villas or compound)
  • Male or Female
Duties:
  • Establishing cost based line
  • Conduct cost controlling as per project budget
  • Conducting cost variances
  • Prepare variation orders
  • Monitoring purchasing processes and Progress Payment
  • Willing to work at project site
