Integral part of Corporate performance and reporting team. Support preparation, timely delivery and accuracy of Company forecast, long range plan and planning cycles. Provide accurate and insightful analysis at all times.
Assist in preparation and completion of Weekly forecast, Month end performance review and Quarterly reporting, providing accurate & insightful analysis at all times. Own OPEX analysis and reporting.
Support due diligence activities / valuation of new M&A opportunities
Support VFQ teams in:
Preparation, timely delivery, and accuracy of Company forecast, long range plan and planning cycles,
Preparation and tracking of consolidated results of all month end and quarter end and identification of any risks and opportunities
Preparation of Group Balance sheet and Cash flow forecast
Assist in M&A projects assessment, tracking and delivery
Infinity Solutions:
Maintain books of accounts
Preparation of Financial statements and management reports
Stakeholders management (PRO, HR and VFQ finance)
Liaison with banks
Liaison with external and internal auditors
Maintain Finance related Documents
Key performance indicators:
Accurate and timely submission of all company financial forecasts
Accurate and timely analysis of month end, quarter end results to Head of Corporate Performance & CFO
Clean audit reports / statutory compliance for Infinity Solutions LLC
