- Must be FLUENT in Arabic and English both written and speaking- Prefered to have legal background ( study or exeprience ) and /or Contracts management and procurement experience- Must be aware and familiar with laws and governmental policies in the state of Qatar.- Must have minimum 7 years of professional experience- At least 5 years of experience in assurance and corporate governance and audit/ service evaluation- Strong experience in developing and monitoring KPIs- Comprehensive knowledge of project management and/ or health information system development- Knowledge of Qatar National Health Strategy- Experience of corporate governance and compliance management development and implementation.
