Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesCraft compelling and persuasive copy for various marketingchannels, including advertisements, websites, emails, socialmedia, and print materials, to effectively communicate keymessages and engage target audiences.Collaborate with marketing managers, art directors, anddesigners to develop creative concepts and campaigns thatalign with brand guidelines and objectives.Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, andindustry trends to inform messaging strategies and ensurerelevance and effectiveness.Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy thatadheres to brand voice and style guidelines, while alsooptimizing for readability and search engine visibility.Tailor messaging and tone to suit different platforms andaudiences, adapting style and language as necessary tomaximize impact and engagement.Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, consistency,and adherence to brand standards, as well as compliancewith legal and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand projectrequirements, objectives, and target audience insights,incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, andemerging technologies in copywriting and digital marketingto continuously improve skills and performance.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasksand deadlines effectively to meet client and organizationalrequirements.Measure and analyze the performance of copywritingefforts using relevant metrics and feedback, leveraginginsights to optimize future campaigns and messagingstrategies.Desired Candidate ProfileFluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)Excellent communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading skillsExperience in Agency, Retail, or Hospitality industries is preferredStrong research skills and understanding of content creation best practicesFamiliarity with SEO and digital marketing concepts is an advantageAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentBachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, or a related field preferredMinimum 5+ years of relevant copywriting experience (GCC experience is an advantage).
