To coordinate with Rig and Vendor to arrange the materials as per the Request from Rigs .To Co-ordinate with QAQC Inspectors to carry out the Inspection Pipes and tools .To Guide the yard foreman and materials assistants to prepare the materials. Receive the back load from rigs and send back to the Vendor. Keep the record of materials send to rig?Key Roles & Responsibilities? Conduct meeting with yard foreman and materials assistant to plan the loading activity? Coordinate with Rigs and arrange materials as per their request.? Handing materials/equipment to the concerned person and getting delivery notes signed.? Responsibly checking each items listed on the delivery note.? Guide the yard foreman for day to day operation? Coordinate with vendors for arranging materials? Arrange tubular and tools for inspection and assist inspection crew.? Maintaining Inventory of equipment and materials in use, in store and under repairs at various locations.? Implement best practices, policies etc., where appropriate? Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards? Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
