Job Description

Job SpecificationPerform control system engineering activitiesfor Projects Engineering Support Division to execute key activitiesensuring that all activities comply withstandardised processes and are delivered to the higheststandards.Key Job Accountabilities

  • Plan and prepare work activitiesduring the project phase to ensure a smooth completion of planned activities.
  • Ensure control system engineeringactivities are conducted in accordance with company regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that the Engineeringdocuments are reviewed considering Safety in Operabilty / Maintainability
  • Ensure control systemengineering activities during simulator development, model acceptance test(MAT), factory acceptance test (FAT), Installation, commissioning and projectclose out.
  • Provide technical supportduring installation to to assure safe execution and company compliance.
  • Resolve engineering issuesthat may arise and communicate with the Project Management Team (PMT).
  • Support other engineers incomplex analyses and assignments and provides expertise to ensure completion ofactivities within schedule.
  • Mentor the NationalDevelopee as per the development plan.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or Sciencemajoring in Engineering in the area of specialization
  • 8 years? experience in DCS, PlantShutdown System within Oil and Gas Environment. Preferrable in Plant OperationSimulator development
