Contract Manager includes negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes that may arise during its implementation or execution.????????? ?Review tender contract, and update records in the system.????????? Co-ordinate feedback session with Estimator and Commercial Manager regarding key legal contract implications & issues concerning company.????????? ?As necessary liaise with Company Lawyer, for clarification and direction about legal aspects and liabilities.????????? ?As necessary prepare correspondence requesting Client to provide amendments to the original contract.????????? ?Advises concerned departments on contractual rights and obligations????????? Requests amendments to or extensions of contracts????????? ?Provide contractual / commercial advice to management as appropriate????????? Handle reports on contracts renewal????????? ?Ensure accurate updating of maintenance contracts information????????? ?Maintain proper documentation of contracts and contract details.????????? Civil Engineering certificate is a must????????? UPDA is preferable????????? European or American candidates only????????? QATAR Residence is preferable????????? Minimum 10 -15 years experience
